Pop Junky (Norse Pharms)

Pop Junky (Cap Junky × Red Pop No. 1) bred by Detroit Seed Company and selected by Norse Pharms. There are a lot of strong strawberry cultivars out right now, and narrowing it down isn’t easy but this one stands out. She builds long, well structured spears loaded with large headed trichomes that fully coat each flower. Color comes in purple, though not quite as deep as expected yet, but it’s close. The Red Pop from Reggie Millers is one of the best breeding pieces out right now. Everything that comes from it carries loud, exotic terp profiles, and the yield consistently hits. This cut, nicknamed “Pop Junky,” is quickly becoming a favorite. The terp profile leans strawberry shortcake with a hazy kick behind it. Strong yields, great structure, and easy to run. It throws long, spear-shaped flowers on sturdy branches and finishes in about 8 weeks. Harvest came around day 63, already showing some amber, which is earlier than most.
